- Cooking Oil
- One small red onion
- Finely chopped
- Two cloves garlic, minced
- One tomato, chopped
- One small can of sardines
- One cups water
- 35 grams of Misua
- One bunch bok chay, trimmed and chopped
- Black Pepper
Instructions
Step one: Add oil in a pot after that put cloves and cloves of garlic
Step two: Add Tomato
Step three: Sardines and water simmer for 2 minutes.
Step four: Add Misua and bok chay simmer for 3 minutes.
Step five: Add some fish sauce and pepper as you like.
